What is your delivery range?
We deliver aywhere within the Phoenix metro area (Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert, Apache Junction, Chandler, Scottsdale, etc).
Is there an extra fee for delivery?
Yes. There is a charge depending on the delivery location in relation to our store location.
Is there a fee for in store pickup?
No. You will be charged a flat rate plus tax.
How are quotes issued?
Quotes will be issued via email on an official Take 1 Invoice. Quotes are free and customers make no commitment when asking for a quote neither when a quote is received. Only after receiving the quote will they be able to commit to the rental agreement.
Do you donate or give discounts to charities?
We do not. Due to the nature of our business, a high percentage of our income comes from charity organizations and events. We try to support these charities as best we can by offering the best rental rates in the industry.
Do you charge a fee for damaged returns?
Yes. Depending on the extent of the damage we will issue a fee for repair or replacement of the damaged equipment.
Do you set up equipment along with delivery?
Depending on the equipment we do set up. For example, we will include set up with items such as dance floors, large tents, sound, and staging. We can set up tables and chairs for an additional fee. Otherwise we will just drop the equipment off in the specified location.
